Entry forms are available for the 2009 Magnolia-Columbia County Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade, set for Thursday.

“Celebrating Christ Around the World” is the theme.

The parade will be held in downtown Magnolia starting at 5 p.m. It will start on South Washington Street in front of the Banner-News office.

Top prizes of $100 will be awarded to floats in three categories: Knock Your Socks Off, overall grand prize; Christ in Christmas, best float with a religious theme; and Sugar Plum, most appeal to children.
