Halee Burchfield was awarded the Magnolia’s First Baptist Church Scholarship at Central Baptist College in Conway for the 2009-2010 academic year.

First Baptist Church established the scholarship to provide assistance to its members who wish to attend Central Baptist College with second priority going to other eligible students.

Burchfield will be a junior in the fall of 2009. She is the daughter of Danny and Cindy Nix of Magnolia. She is a 2006 graduate of Columbia Christian School and a member of First Baptist Church in Magnolia.
