Chelsey M. Harris of Katy, Texas, has been notified of her admission to the College of Health and Human Development for the fall 2009 semester at Penn State University Park campus, University Park, Pa.

She is the daughter of Michael and Bridgette Harris. She is the granddaughter of Carol Harris and the late Charles Harris of Magnolia and Ira and Jeanette Elliott of Mount Holly.
