The Columbia County Sheriff’s Department received several reports of thefts.

At about 7 a.m. Tuesday morning an employee with L&NW railroad reported to Sgt. Leroy Martin that someone had stolen the train bell and horn from one of the train engines parked in McNeil.

The train horn was valued at $1,200 and the train bell $300.
