A public meeting will be held Thursday, May 21, concerning the possible construction of passing lanes on U.S. 79 between Magnolia and the Ouachita County line.

The meeting will be held 4-7 p.m. at the McNeil Masonic Lodge No. 440 at the intersection of Arkansas 98 and Columbia Road 13 in McNeil.
