TEXARKANA — A woman who claims the chief deputy prosecuting attorney of Columbia County was once her defense attorney is suing him in federal court for trying to prosecute her.

Philepia Turner has accused David Butler of having her arrested one day before the suit was filed April 20 because he had learned she intended to take him to court.
