Today's agriculture means jobs 'beyond the farm gate'

El Dorado News-Times MAGNOLIA — When Katherine Dockter graduates from Southern Arkansas University, she wants to help financially struggling communities cultivate sustainable agriculture programs, possibly through the Peace Corps.
