Lawmen arrest Waldo man for theft of truck

A Minden cold case file has been closed with the assistance of Arkansas authorities.

Henry L. Ward, 27, of Waldo, Ark., the original suspect in a two-year-old investigation involving a stolen pickup truck, was arrested Wednesday and charged with felony theft of a vehicle.

On Feb. 14, 2007, Carter Federal Credit Union repossessed a 2002 white Ford extended cab pick-up from Ward.
