Shane and Angela Rudd of Bismarck, Ark., announce the birth of their fourth child, Skyelah Raine Truevy.

She was born at 6:39 a.m. Monday, Feb. 16, 2009 at St. Joseph’s Mercy Health Center in Hot Springs, Ark.

She weighed eight pounds, 15 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long. She was welcomed home by brother, Maverick, 13, and twin sisters, Jazzlan and Jillian, 9.
