The winners of the Miss Ouachita River and Miss South Arkansas were crowned Saturday night at the El Dorado Municipal Auditorium. They are, from left, Hollyann Crum, Miss South Arkansas; Elizabeth Liberty, Miss South Akansas Outstanding Teen; Randee Jo Langley, Miss Ouachita River Outstanding Teen; and Sarah Slocum, Miss Ouachita River.
