The Magnolia Hospital Board of Commissioners approved Monday the renewal of an amended management agreement with the Christus-St. Michael Health System.

The agreement provides for up to 300 hours of work and assistance per year at a cost of $60,000 annually for a two-year contract.

However, many of the services currently provided, such as monthly departmental teleconferences or administrative meetings, will not count against the 300 hours.
