A preliminary docket for Columbia County Circuit Court Criminal Division has been released by the office of Circuit Judge Larry Chandler. These defendants may or may not be required to appear in court at this time, due to various circumstances.

Court will begin at 9 a.m. Thursday in the courtroom at the Columbia County Criminal Detention Facility. Defendants scheduled to appear at this time, and their charges, are listed as follows.

•Robert Harrison, charged in the May 27 homicide of Glenda Stroman of Magnolia, is scheduled to either enter a plea or have additional legal counsel appointed. Harrison is charged with capital murder, residential burglary, theft of property (firearm), and habitual offender.

During Circuit Court on Sept. 6, Deputy Prosecutor David Butler said the state was ready to proceed with this case for trial. Butler said the state had extended a plea offer to Harrison, which would waive the death penalty if he pleaded guilty to first degree murder and accepted a sentence of life in prison.

At that time, defense attorney Robert Jeffrey of the public defender’s office stated that he needed time to confer with his client. The case was continued until Oct. 4.

Other defendants scheduled to appear include:

•Walter Turner, possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) with intent to deliver, seven counts delivery of a controlled substance, possession of Schedule I narcotic, maintaining a drug premises, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, felon in possession of a firearm.

•Demeckus J. Singleton, terroristic threatening, theft of property over $2,500, aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, criminal mischief first degree, fleeing on foot, breaking or entering, absconding house arrest.

•Lamorris Manning, delivery of a controlled substance (crack cocaine), revocation of probation, habitual offender.

•Eric Jamar Davis, two counts delivery of a controlled substance (crack cocaine), two counts delivery of a controlled substance (crack cocaine), two counts delivery of a controlled substance (marijuana), delivery of a controlled substance (ecstasy), revocation of probation.

•Damion Grissom, possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Michael Green, battery first degree, fleeing by foot, habitual offender.

•Robert Paschal, sexual assault fourth degree, absconding house arrest.

•Terry L. Simmons, two counts theft by receiving over $2,500.

•Andrea Harper, possession of defaced firearm, possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) with intent to deliver, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia, felon in possession of a firearm.

•Jesus Omar Cera, four counts delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of a minor.

•Alexander F. Thomas, possession of a controlled substance (ecstasy).

•Claude Beene, sexual assault first degree (sentencing).

•Richard Cooper, furnishing prohibited articles.

•Jasmine Carey, forgery fist degree.

•Antoine Sanders, possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) with intent to deliver, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, three counts delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), delivery of a controlled substance (marijuana), absconding house arrest, delivery of a controlled substance (marijuana).

•Sherry Arnold Cooper, eight counts forgery second degree, violation of the Arkansas hot check law, theft by deception, habitual offender.

•Artilaus Omar Green, four counts delivery of a controlled substance (cocaine), possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) with intent to deliver, maintaining a drug premises, possession of drug paraphernalia, revocation of probation, habitual offender.

•Vallory Mallory, aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a minor.

•Antonio Davis, arson.

•Phillip Burton, two counts delivery of a controlled substance (crack cocaine), possession of a controlled substance (crack cocaine), proximity to certain facilities, habitual offender.

•Damien Jones, possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing by vehicle.

•John Curry, four counts delivery of a controlled substance (crack/cocaine).

•Kizzy Owen, delivery of a controlled substance (cocaine), distribution near certain facilities.

•Denver Flowers, breaking or entering, theft of property under $1,000, criminal trespass, habitual offender.

•Darius Blake, delivery of a controlled substance (marijuana), distribution near certain facilities.

•Cornelious Young, delivery of a controlled substance (hydrocodone), habitual offender.

•Ryan Williams, aggravated assault, driving while intoxicated first offense, refusal to submit to test.

•Mary Perdue, delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

•Raymond Smith, theft by receiving over $500, habitual offender.
