NOTICE hereby given that a request for a variance from the provisions of the Magnolia Zoning laws has been filed with the Magnolia Board of Adjustment by Whatley-Sedgass Enterprise. The requested varience affects property located at 461 Hwy 82 E. The requested varience would allow the applicant to do the following: Allow billboard height of 42’ tall. The request will be considered by the Magnolia Board of Adjustment at its’ next regularly scheduledmeeting on the 17th of December, 2012 at 5:30 p.m in the City Council Chambers of Magnolia City Hall.
