A 30-year-old Shreveport woman is behind bars after allegedly throwing her baby from a car window, according to an AP report.
Police say Carmen L. Paul was booked Saturday night with second degree cruelty to a juvenile. Investigators tell The Times the baby suffered a fractured skull and bleeding around the brain. Paul remains at the Caddo Correctional Center. Her bond has not been set.
