Don’t forget your debit card . . .

A convenience store employee was arrested and charged with using a debit card left behind by a customer to charge more than $250 in purchases, according to an AP report. Minden Police Chief Steve Cropper told the Minden Press-Herald that Crystal Chatman, 21, was arrested this past week on a warrant for forgery and unauthorized use of an access card. Chatman was taken to the Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center. It was unclear whether she has an attorney.

Let this be a reminder to readers: Don’t forget your debit card after making your purchases!
