1980′s rapper, Tone Loc, opened for Boyz II Men Friday evening at MusicFest 2011 in El Dorado. His album, Loc’d After Dark, spawned the hit singles, “Wild Thing” and “Funky Cold Medina”; and they still remain anthems of pop-culture today.
Boyz II Men were the main stage performers following Tone Loc Friday evening. Boyz II Men is a world famous, multiple Grammy Award winning act, and the most successful R&B group of all time, having over 60 million albums worldwide. They celebrate their 20 year anniversary this year and are releasing their latest album, Twenty, Oct. 25, 2011.
