A call center in Hot Springs says it is adding 40 new jobs, according to an AP report. The Sentinel-Record reported (http://bit.ly/qisA7v ) Wednesday that Accent Marketing Services LLC is adding workers to cover an increase in call volume by one of its clients.
The company wouldn’t name the client but said it is a teleservices provider. The new employees will provide customer care and technical support for the client’s wireless operation. The company’s Hot Springs office will have 574 employees after the new workers are hired.
