Derek Roscoe (No. 158) took an early lead in this morning’s Blossom Festival 5K Run, and it paid off – Roscoe was the first to cross the finish line with a time of 18:50. The first female to cross the finish line was Carrie Slaton, pictured below, with a time of 20:50. The awards ceremony, in which winners in all the divisions will be recognized, is set to begin at 9 a.m.
