For those who were disappointed that they weren’t the lucky finder of this year’s $500 Blossom Festival Treasure Hunt, don’t be too upset – there is another Treasure Hunt going on, and you just might find your name on the lucky list! Each year, the Arkansas Secretary of State releases a list of those who are owed money from past creditors, utilities, financial institutions, the IRS and so forth. Those names are compiled and made available to the public at this link: https://www.ark.org/auditor/unclprop/index.html. All you have to do is click the link, enter your last name and see if the state is holding a check in your name! We did a preliminary search and spotted several addresses right here in Columbia County – perhaps one of them is yours! Good luck!
