That’s right – the Banner-News is announcing yet another new feature! The weekly “Who Am I?” contest begins tomorrow, and Banner-News Blog readers are being treated to an advance version of the rules!
The contest works like this: Each week, on Tuesday, look in the Banner-News for the “Who Am I?” contest entry. The entry will feature a baby photo of a well-known Columbia County resident and a few clues as to that person’s identity. All you have to do is, clip out the Banner-News entry, tell us who you think is pictured, and if your answer is correct, you will automatically be entered for a prize from a local restaurant!
This week’s restaurant is Pizza Inn, which will award one medium any-topping pizza to the winner! Thanks, Pizza Inn, for your participation in our fun new feature!
But like any contest, there are a few rules you need to know. 1) Family members of the individual pictured are excluded from the contest, as are employees of the Banner-News. 2) Only the entries printed in the Banner-News will be accepted. Entries may NOT be photocopied or handwritten. 3) You can enter as many times as you like. 4) Entries must be received by 5 p.m. on Mondays. 5) The winner of the previous week will be announced in the following week’s entry. 6) All results are final.
And there you have it! Simple, fun and fast, and who doesn’t love the idea of a free meal? Look for the fun new feature to begin in tomorrow’s Banner-News! (And yes, we already have a baby photo lined up – it’s absolutely adorable, but you won’t get any hints from us as to the individual’s identity! We’re looking forward to the guesses!)
