We apologize for the delay in posting photos of the events at the courthouse – we had to take a quick break for a run out toward Waldo on U.S. 82 for a large grass fire, pictured above. By the time we arrived on scene, the firemen with the Waldo Fire Department were already attacking the flames, seen below, and within minutes, the fire was out. The grass fire spread in patches along approximately one mile of U.S. 82 toward Texarkana.
