The Arkansas Court of Appeals has overturned the decision of a judge who revoked the probation of a violent sex offender because the man performed carpentry work at a daycare center, reports the Associated Press.
The court ruled that Newman is allowed by the law to work at a school, just not to interact with the children who go there.
